Kee Safety has provided safety railing systems to a Sewage Treatment Plant in Sharjah, the UAE.
The works were located on a 76 hectare plot, the project was approved by the Sharjah Directorate of Town Planning for a Sewage Treatment Plant.
The Sharjah Sewage Treatment Plant has the capacity to treat 37,400m³/day of wastewater coming from all over the Emirates.
The period of construction was October 2009 until July 2015.
The construction of the Al Saja’a Sewage Treatment Plant was managed by Six Construct - a subsidiary of the BESIX Group, one of the largest construction companies operating in the Middle East.

The railing system has been constructed using our Kee Lite aluminium fittings and aluminium tube. Aluminium fittings and tubes offer corrosion protection needed for the harsh environment at the sewage treatment plant.
