Manufacturing facilities have challenging working at height issues, be it accessing production machinery, safe access of the product itself, warehouse racking or simply for the maintenance of vehicles.
There are times when traditional forms of access such as off-the-shelf fabricated platforms, or other systems such as ladders, are not suitable. In these situations, KEE SAFETY can design either a mobile or static custom built platform that meets site specific requirements and provides a safe solution for working at height.
Our bespoke access platforms are modular in design and use tubular fittings to provide an extremely secure, robust and corrosion resistant access platform. Using off-the-shelf fittings also allows the platforms to be delivered and constructed quickly and easily, with minimal disruption on-site.
Utilising fittings allows us to safely design structures up to a working platform height of 3m, however owing to the tube and fitting construction, we are able to provide totally customised and bespoke solutions for any access or egress requirements.
Bespoke access platforms from Kee Safety are designed to suit a specific application and are designed in accordance with the relevant criteria from EN 1004:2004 or BS 1139-6:2005 or PAS 250.
All Kee Safety platforms are delivered with clear assembly instructions and drawings. Larger platforms will be delivered in pre-assembled sections ready for Kee Safety installers to assemble them on-site for you.
